This fits between the front outlet on the 4R100 and the passenger side inlet on the bottom of the radiator. Absolutely perfect fit on my 2004 f350 supercab 4wd with the 5.4l v8. The flare nuts appear to be nice quality, and each of the many bends in the tubing are correct. The radiator-end of the tubing falls nicely into the factory clamp under the core support.
